Key Responsibilities
1. Provide comprehensive support services to individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
2. Develop, implement, and review individualized plans to meet unique needs.
3. Conduct thorough assessments of participant requirements, including risk evaluations and safety planning as needed.
4. Promote independent living among participants.
5. Advocate and assist participants in accessing housing and specialized services.
Mandatory Qualifications
* Certificate IV qualifications in Community Services or equivalent.
