About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Operations Superintendent to lead Tutt Bryant Heavy Lift & Shift operations across Australia. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing operational performance, leading teams, ensuring compliance, and driving growth in the business.
Duties
* Lead, mentor and develop operational teams
* Oversee operations, WHSE&Q, maintenance, finance and admin functions
* Monitor asset performance and manage fleet optimisation
* Assist in all Alternative Lifting and Specialised Transport operations
* Ensure compliance with IMS, safety standards and legal requirements
* Support budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning
Skills & Experience
* Experience within the Heavy Transport Industry
* High-level planning, leadership and analytical skills
* Strong interpersonal and communication ability
* Advanced MS Office and system skills
* Valid driver’s licence
