Job Description: Test Manager (Automated Warehousing & ERP) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead the end-to-end testing strategy for a large-scale digital transformation involving automated manufacturing warehouses and distribution centres. You will be responsible for the ground-up design and execution of testing frameworks that cover complex system integrations, IT infrastructure, and automated warehouse control systems. This role requires a strategic leader who can coordinate between internal workstreams and external automation vendors to ensure seamless delivery and rigorous compliance with global audit standards. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning: Develop and own the comprehensive Test Strategy and Plan, covering functional, SIT, UAT, regression, and performance testing phases. Execution & Delivery: Manage the full testing lifecycle, from creating test scenarios to defect remediation and final reporting. Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary interface with warehouse automation vendors and internal SAP workstreams to align testing schedules and commercial timelines. Governance & Compliance: Ensure all testing processes and reporting adhere to strict JSOX audit and program assurance requirements. Leadership: Lead a small team of Test Analysts while collaborating with SMEs and project managers to drive quality outcomes. Required Skills & Experience 10 years of Test Management experience within large-scale ERP environments (SAP preferred). Specialized Knowledge: Proven experience testing SAP EWM, TM, and their integration with third-party automated warehouse control systems (e.g., Dematic). Technical Proficiency: Strong grasp of complex integration landscapes, infrastructure testing, and Operational Technology (OT). Audit & Governance: Experience managing test programs within strictly regulated environments (JSOX or similar). Tools: Expertise in Test Management tools (HP ALM preferred) and exposure to automation frameworks.
