Our client is a leading provider of adult forensic mental health care in Victoria, aiming to meet the needs of consumers with serious mental illnesses across the justice system.
This exciting change management opportunity will see you support a high-impact business initiative that's reshaping systems, processes, and ways of working. You'll guide the people side of change, partnering with senior leaders and stakeholders to build engagement, manage resistance, and embed lasting outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop tailored change strategies to drive business improvement
* Conduct impact assessments, readiness checks, and stakeholder mapping to inform change initiatives
* Drive engagement activities and support key communications to ensure successful implementation
* Identify and resolve resistance to change, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
* Develop reinforcement plans to embed new behaviours and ways of working, contributing to long-term change maturity
About You:
* Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in change management, with a strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
* Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to distil complex issues
* Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability, able to drive results-oriented initiatives
