As General Manager, you'll lead in the local market, owning and delivering the Melbourne business plan, aligned to our ANZ strategy. You'll be responsible for driving commercial success, maintaining healthy client portfolios, and actively generating new business through your networks, reputation, and industry presence.

Deliver exceptional client outcomes, providing senior counsel to C-suite clients, overseeing high-impact campaigns, and ensuring consistent excellence in delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: 12–15+ years' senior leadership experience in PR, communications, or a connected creative industry role.
Skills and Qualifications:
* A mix of B2B and B2C consulting experience ideally - culture, technology, and government highly regarded.
* A track record of commercial growth in agency, client retention, and building high-performing teams.
* Outstanding local business and media connections and industry presence in Melbourne (and ideally nationally).
* Proven ability to lead strategy and execution across integrated campaigns.
* Exceptional relationship skills — confident in the boardroom and on the ground.
* A values-led leadership style that champions collaboration, curiosity, and care.
* Commercial nous, operational clarity, and the ability to spot and seize opportunities.
