What You Will Be Doing
MePACS have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Business Development Manager to join a leading Public Health provider of Personal Alarm Services.
We are looking for an BDM to identify new opportunities to increase MePACS sales and thus, revenue in the business-to-business NDIS Provider Channel across Australia.
This dynamic role will utilise your customer service, relationship building and influencing skills. It will require a proactive approach to the development of Client accounts and the ability to truly impact sales conversion.
As a dynamic and energetic BDM you will be responsible for persuading and influencing the key decisions makers by presenting the MePACS product suite over the phone, via email, online and face-to-face.
What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
•Previous experience in driving growth of sales over the phone, face to face, developing market pitches, proposals, tenders, negotiation and closing.
•Significant experience of account management and development of accounts.
•Strong presentation skills and facilitation
•Strong time management, prioritisation and organisational skills.
•High levels of persuasive and influential skills
•Strong sales data analytical skills
•Intermediate level of Microsoft Office Suite skills
•Experience using a CRM system
•Abilty to multi task and work under pressure
•Tenacious, enthusiastic, positive and energetic personality
•Drivers License and ability to travel, including interstate
•Knowledge of and / or Experience in the NDIS Industry(desirable)
