We are currently seeking Casual Retail Security Officers to join our team at Noosa Civic Shopping Centre. This role offers steady work in a busy retail environment, flexible hours, and the support of a professional and friendly team. What you'll do:
* Deliver friendly, professional customer service
* Maintain a visible presence to deter theft and ensure safety
* Patrol retail areas and monitor CCTV for suspicious activity
* Respond to incidents, emergencies, and medical situations
* Apply First Aid and CPR when required
* Manage access to restricted areas and loading docks
* Handle conflicts calmly using effective de‐escalation techniques
* Prepare accurate incident reports and security logs
What we're looking for:
* Current QLD Security Licence with Crowd Control Function
* Current First Aid & CPR certificates
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Professional presentation and high integrity
* Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster
* Reliability and a positive attitude
* Driver's Licence and own transport (preferred)
