Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers as the first point of contact with professionalism and courtesy.
- Direct clients to the appropriate service advisor or department personnel.
- Assist with initial vehicle check-in, ensuring accurate customer documentation.
- Answer general service-related inquiries and provide helpful guidance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service drive area.
- Support the service team with administrative tasks and customer coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience required; automotive industry experience preferred but not mandatory.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
