We operate with structured systems, a strong safety culture, and a highly supportive head office. Our Bathurst program is expanding, and we're looking for a capable Site Manager to join our team long‑term.
About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Site Manager based in Bathurst to oversee multiple single‑storey residential projects from site establishment through to handover. You'll manage day‑to‑day site operations in a live environment, ensuring safety, quality, and progress across all builds.
This is a stable, ongoing role with strong organisational support and a consistent pipeline of work.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all site activities from commencement to handover
* Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers across multiple projects
* Oversee daily site operations, scheduling, and construction programmes
* Drive progress to meet time, cost, and quality targets
* Maintain a safe, compliant, and productive work environment
* Conduct QA inspections at key milestones
* Work closely with the Construction Manager, CA, and head office support teams
* Ensure WHS compliance across all sites
Skills & Experience
* Trade qualification in Carpentry (Cert III)
* Certificate IV in Building & Construction (or equivalent)
* 3–5+ years' experience as a Site Manager in residential construction
* Proven ability to manage 15+ residential sites concurrently
* Strong understanding of turnkey, single‑storey builds
* Excellent coordination and communication skills
* Strong WHS knowledge and practical site safety management
* Ability to work autonomously while supported by a structured head office
