Motel Management Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Motel Manager to join our team on a full-time, long-term basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Direct and oversee daily motel operations including reservations, reception, housekeeping, and room service
* Supervise property maintenance, security, and garden upkeep
* Plan and coordinate bar, restaurant, and function activities
* Ensure compliance with liquor, gaming, and hospitality regulations
* Monitor guest satisfaction and manage service improvements
* Oversee purchasing, stock control, and accounting processes
* Maintain occupational health and safety standards
* Provide guests with local tourism information and assist with tours and transportation
About You:
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Previous experience in motel or hotel management
* Hands-on approach with attention to detail
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving ability
* Knowledge of local area and tourism industry will be highly regarded
