Job Description
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accounts Officer to support the financial operations of our office. This role is responsible for accurate processing of accounts payable and receivable, maintaining financial data integrity, and providing efficient administrative support across accounting functions. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely processing, effective query management, and smooth day‑to‑day financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process accounts payable and receivable accurately.
2. Respond to creditor and debtor queries promptly and professionally.
3. Assist with monthly financial reporting and support month‑end and audit activities.
4. Maintain the integrity and accuracy of financial data within accounting systems and internal records.
5. Manage the Accounts inbox and workflow processes to ensure tasks are prioritised and completed within required timeframes.
6. Daily receipting, maintaining and reconciliation of the Sales & Leasing Trust
