We are seeking a Support Associate to join our team, providing high-quality SIL Accommodation and in-home care services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support participants in SIL Accommodation homes, community access programs, and in-home care
">
* Administer medication as required
">
* Provide daily living support, including meal preparation and shopping assistance
">
* Assess participants to determine continuing needs
">
* Build participant self-image and self-confidence
">
* Manual handling of participants
">
* Cover a range of shifts, including sleepovers and weekends
">
* Some participants require 24-hour care
">

Requirements:
">
To be successful in this role, you will need:
">
">
* Own vehicle for transport with comprehensive insurance
">
* Ability to work varied shifts
">
* Certificate III or IV in Disability, Ageing or related industries (highly regarded)
">
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
">
* Current National Police Clearance
">
* Current QLD Unrestricted Driver's License
">
