What You'll Do
* Lead with Energy: Be a hands‐on, guest‐focused leader shift leader who motivates your team to create unforgettable experiences
* Boost Revenue: Run amazing shifts, drive up and cross selling to enhance the guest experience and go the extra mile to wow our guests
* Create WOW Spaces: Transform our venue into the ultimate FUN destination
* Support Your Team: Have aces in their places, provide clear and consistent shift briefings to set your team up for success
* Handle Operations: Take on front of house & back of house portfolios like rosters, training, P&L management, forecasting, and more
* Cultivate Culture: Lead shifts with a collaborative, inclusive vibe that makes coming to work exciting

What You've Got
* Minimum 1 year people management experience
* A valid RSA and Working with Children Check
* Availability to work nights and weekends
* An obsession with providing the best guest experiences
* Experience in driving revenues on shift
* Proactive, with a sense of urgency and a positive can‐do attitude
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Well organised planner who works well under timeline pressures and tackling multiple priorities
* Capable problem‐solver and thinking on your feet
* A desire to show off what you've got and what heights you can take the business!
