About the Position The Regional Account Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth across their assigned territory. This includes acquiring new customers, expanding market share, and positioning tailored solutions that meet the operational needs of healthcare practices. The role combines consultative sales with strategic business development, contributing directly to the company’s commercial success.
- Acquire new customers: Identify, qualify, and close current business opportunities.
- Drive sales performance: Meet revenue targets through consultative engagement and solution selling.
- Manage the sales pipeline: Generate leads, maintain CRM accuracy, and ensure timely follow-up across all opportunities.
- Represent the business: Attend and present at seminars, tradeshows, and industry events.
- Build partnerships: Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and strategic alliances within the healthcare and dental ecosystem.
- Stay ahead of the market: Monitor competitor activity and market trends, providing insights to inform strategy.
About You We’re looking for a motivated and commercially astute sales professional who thrives on building relationships and achieving results. With a proactive approach and strong business development skills, you’ll bring the following:
- At least 3-5 years’ B2B sales experience, ideally within healthcare, technology, or professional services.
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a consultative or solution-based sales environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Confidence in generating new business through a mix of outreach, referrals, and industry engagement.
- High levels of resilience, organisation, and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate client needs into tailored solutions.
