**The Client**:
Launch Recruitment are partnering with a state government agency where you will be working to ensure effective risk management practices are in place and being followed.
**The Role**
Reporting into the Information & Security Director, this role sits in the Information Management and Technology Division, whereby their function is to provide innovative IT systems, services and support. As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to influence the new way of working in the department.
**Your will be responsible for**:
- Engage with stakeholders to determine individual and organisational security needs to inform development of security awareness and education initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with third party training providers
- Identify metrics to enable the department to evaluate success and effectiveness of security training initiatives
- Develop a security awareness network
**About you**
- Strong experience with training across needs analysis, content development, delivery and evaluation
- Ability to translate organisational strategy into long term plans and objectives
- Proven ability to utilise various delivery models including engaging presentations, workshops & training sessions as needed to drive adoption or policy/process conformance
- An ability to manage relationships & provide facilitation or coaching services to internal & external stakeholder groups to resolve issues
