Cloud Growth Strategist
Accelerate customer adoption of cloud solutions by driving implementation journeys. Provide technical expertise and manage timelines, milestones, migration goals, and business transformation strategies.
* Manage the services process, taking customer use cases from lead stage through delivery stage, while driving operational excellence during solutioning with forecast management, scoping documentation, and agreement closure.
* Collaborate with Business and Customer Engineers to capture customer use cases and requirements to develop cloud strategies, acting as the Services point of contact for the Business team.
* Build regional and industry business relationships with internal teams and develop services business strategies based on regional needs.
* Partner with Professional Service Organization Consultants to plan project goals, define success criteria, and create Statements of Work for customer-related projects.
Key Responsibilities:
