About the role
WA Limestone is looking for an experienced Heavy Vehicle Mechanic to join our Perth-based maintenance team.
We're after someone who takes pride in their work, can think for themselves, and enjoys being part of a team that works well together.

What you'll be working on
As part of the on-highway maintenance team, you'll be supporting WA Limestone's heavy haulage operations as well as assisting with the maintenance and repair of WA Premix's fleet.
* Kenworth K200, T909 and SAR
* Mack Superliner, Titan and Metro-Liner
* UD Quon and Condor
* Sitrak G5S
* Cement agitator trucks
* Drake platform trailers from 50-100 tonne
* Drake dolly's
* Converter Dollys
* End tipper and side tipper trailers
* Light vehicles including Toyota Hilux, Toyota Landcruiser, Toyota Prado, Isuzu D-Max and Ford Rangers
No two days are the same, and you'll be working across a diverse fleet that keeps the job interesting.
Requirements
* HR Licence
* C Class Manual Driver's Licence
* Unrestricted working rights in Australia
* Heavy Commercial Vehicle Repairer Trade Certificate or WA-recognised equivalent
* Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability
* Strong hydraulic knowledge
* Strong knowledge of air brake systems
* Experience with end tipper and side tipper trailers
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Good attitude, reliability and common sense
Highly desirable
* Experience with Volvo, Kenworth, Mack, Isuzu, UD and Sitrak heavy vehicles
* Experience maintaining and repairing cement agitator trucks
* Knowledge of and experience working on Cesco and Mixers Australia agitator systems
