**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
The role is Brisbane-based and you will be responsible for managing the QLD and SA territories. This position will require periodic business travel in relation to internal meetings, congresses, and case support. You will help increase market penetration, awareness, and adoption of the neuromodulation products and achieve overall quarterly and annual sales goals by driving organic patient demand.
- Plan and develop the market with a focus on generating new business
- Identify and establish new accounts with physicians, surgeons, neurologists, and nurses to educate them on the suitability of your products
- Conduct proactive outbound relationship-based activity to drive sales and grow market share with new and existing customers
- Be an expert - Directly provide expertise and support to Physicians, Healthcare professionals and patients
- Feel empowered to make decisions and manage your time
- Providing clinical support including customer education, in-servicing, and case support

**ATTRIBUTES YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL**:
- Experienced medical device sales professional with demonstrated sales success (Surgical experience preferred)
- Tertiary qualifications in a science or health-related field
- Honest, confident, tenacious, and willing to go above and beyond in delivering the best customer service possible.
- Self-starter, a fast learner, and highly motivated with a genuine passion for sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and desire to travel when necessary
