EnerMech is seeking a highly capable and motivated Project Manager to oversee our mechanical maintenance operations across a portfolio of client sites in the Gladstone region.
This role will lead the execution of maintenance work performed by our fitters, boilermakers, and welders, ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality service delivery in line with client expectations and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the day-to-day management of mechanical maintenance teams across multiple client sites.
* Oversee execution of shutdowns, routine maintenance, and remedial works, ensuring alignment with client scopes and timelines.
* Provide clear leadership and direction to trades teams, driving a culture of safety, performance, and accountability.
* Engage with clients on forward planning, resource requirements, and delivery optimisation.
* Maintain compliance with HSEQ standards and company policies at all times.
* Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring work is delivered on time and within scope.
* Coordinate across departments to ensure effective delivery of labour, materials, and plant.
Requirements
What You’ll Bring:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within mechanical maintenance or industrial services.
* Strong technical understanding of mechanical systems and maintenance practices in the heavy industry sector.
* Demonstrated experience managing trades-based workforces (fitters, boilermakers, welders) across multiple sites.
* Proven ability to manage budgets, reporting, forecasting, and operational planning.
* Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Commitment to HSEQ principles and fostering a strong safety culture.
