Work closely with the CEO, COO, Program Managers, and a Marketing Associate while also managing internal communications, events, and finance related tasks with precision and professionalism.These services will be in line with program aims, funding guidelines, service agreements, and the vision and values of Schools Industry Partnership.Primary services provided include but will not be limited to:Foster cross-functional collaboration by confidently liaising across departments and managing sensitive, confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.Safeguard legal and compliance integrity and proactively overseeing Working With Children Check (WWCC) compliance for all applicable staff and contractors.Lead organisational onboarding by delivering comprehensive Day One inductions to all new staff, ensuring immediate alignment with systems, policies, processes, and workplace culture.Maintain and uphold workplace policies (WHS, data privacy).
Embed operational excellence by enforcing systems and processes that create consistency, reduce risk, and increase efficiency across the organisation.Assist with accounts payable/receivable, including matching receipts to transactions, reconciling bank statements, liaising with suppliers, and issuing remittances.Act as a critical operational link to the CEO and COO, remaining on-call and responsive to their needs to ensure executive-level initiatives are executed without delay.Drive program delivery success by providing consistent, reliable administrative support to Program Managers, enabling smooth operations and goal achievement across all programs.Oversee brand and comms execution by managing and mentoring the Marketing Associate to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and strategic business objectives.Deliver frontline support through high-quality administrative, reception, customer service, and complaints resolution processes that enhance service experience and operational flow.Lead event logistics by coordinating all aspects of meeting management including room bookings, catering, and tech requirements for seamless delivery.Facilitate executive efficiency by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and ensuring timely execution of high-priority activities.
