Responsibilities
* Facilitating group training sessions to jobseekers, face to face and online if required
* Working with the job seekers referred from digital services and other employment service providers to our Employability skills training program
* Delivering engaging group-based training
* Promoting Jobfind and EST courses
* Providing completion report to the jobseekers participating in the program
* Understanding the needs of local employers and labour markets
* Ensuring high engagement of job seekers to complete the EST training blocks
* Identifying job seekers area of interest and assisting them to secure work trials
* Connecting job seekers through apprenticeship and traineeship
* Identifying issues and working with the host organisation or job seekers to resolve them
* Undertaking risk assessment for the job seeker and the host organisation for industry awareness experiences
Key Selection Criteria
* Experience in Employment Services is highly regarded
* Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office is essential
* Efficient administration skills and able to demonstrate effective time management skills
* Highly organised and able to self-manage day to day tasks appropriately
* Capable of handling difficult situations and manage conflict
* Demonstrated ability to communicate with a range of diverse people

Requirements
* Have full working rights in Australia
* Have a current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
* Complete an Australia History Criminal Check
* Have a current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
* Ability to work Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm
