Black Swan is Western Australia's State theatre company. Resident at the State Theatre Centre of WA, our purpose is to create exceptional, high-quality theatre that speaks to the world from our unique WA culture, landscape and moment in time.
We are seeking an experienced and relationship‐driven Head of Partnerships to lead and grow our corporate partnerships portfolio, playing a critical role in supporting the artistic ambitions of the company.

This role is central to shaping those relationships and ensuring our work continues to thrive.
About the role
Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Partnerships leads the strategic development and delivery of Black Swan's corporate partnerships and sponsorship program.
Working closely with senior leadership, the Board, and internal teams, you will:
* Nurture strong, long‐term relationships with prospective and existing partners and stakeholders
* Drive partnership revenue growth and diversification
* Lead the end‐to‐end delivery of partnership agreements from application to acquittal
* Ensure high‐quality partner experiences, reporting and engagement
This is a hands‐on role, requiring both strategic thinking and practical delivery, working closely with a small but highly capable and dedicated team.
About you
You are a relationship‐driven leader with a strong track record in partnerships, sponsorship or fundraising. You bring:
* Demonstrated success in securing and managing corporate partnerships
* Strong commercial acumen and the ability to deliver against revenue targets
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* A collaborative approach and ability to work across teams
* A genuine passion for the arts and the impact of live performance
Experience in the arts, cultural or not‐for‐profit sector is highly regarded.
