What We're Looking For Teaching competence and strong curriculum leadership skills that drive improved learning outcomes.
A strong understanding of the senior schooling phase of learning, specifically QCAA, VET and SAT.
High‑level interpersonal skills with the ability to foster a collaborative, supportive and high‑performing team.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills that contribute to strategic decision‑making.
Proven capacity to manage resources effectively to achieve organisational and educational objectives.
A commitment to upholding and modelling ethical behaviour, professionalism, and departmental values.
