Key Responsibilities:
* Drive membership growth and retention by engaging with stakeholders, employers, and members across North Queensland.
* Deliver compelling financial advice services, including group presentations, workshops, and one-on-one consultations.
* Conduct super health checks, seminars, and personalised financial guidance through face-to-face and virtual meetings.
* Identify and refer members with specific financial advice needs to internal advisory services.
* Represent the organisation at key events, employer sites, and stakeholder meetings, presenting relevant financial content.
* Collaborate with the member engagement team to develop and implement growth and retention strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* RG146 Superannuation Certification
* Diploma of Financial Services
* JP qualification (highly desirable)
* 1–3+ years of experience in business development, customer service, and financial services, with a focus on superannuation, relationship management, and financial advice
* Ability to travel regularly and work flexible hours as required
* Strong customer service mindset with a passion for helping members plan for their future
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
* Solid understanding of the superannuation industry at a legislative, product, and provider level

* A full and current driver's license
