Reload Media is looking for an experienced Paid Search specialist who is enthusiastic and confident to work directly with clients and lead strategy and execution across paid platforms, with a special focus on Search (Google and Bing). You'll be the right fit if you have a passion for people, thrive juggling multiple projects at once, and a drive to high-performing campaigns for our clients. This position is well suited to someone with a minimum of 2 to 3 years' hands‐on paid media experience, with deep experience and knowledge across Paid Search. Agency experience will be highly valued, but not essential. Additionally, you'll need to show that you have been actively embracing AI and have a track record around self‐learning and adopting AI to enhance your day‐to‐day impact.

The Role
The Senior Digital Marketing Consultant (Paid Media - Search) is responsible for the management and success of paid media and other online marketing advertising across a range of online channels including search, social, display, video and more, as well as being regarded as a leader within the company. This role, although proficient across all paid channels, has a deep expertise across Paid Search (Google & Bing).
What This Means You'll Be Doing
Client Engagement & Relationships
* Track and update project‐management tools including Productive, Google Docs, and client‐specific systems.
* Maintain control of client and internal communications across email, phone, chat and more, replying in a timely manner.
* Attend client meetings as required, and lead or contribute professionally in that environment.
* Assist sales teams with "new business" pitches as required.
Paid Campaign Strategy, Execution & Reporting
* Develop bespoke paid media strategies for clients based on their business and marketing objectives and industry trends, with a special focus on Paid Search across Google and Bing.
* Create accurate media plans for campaign and always‐on activity based on the set strategy and best practice.
* Run and optimise campaigns to achieve set objectives, reporting on progress and outcomes with robust insights for clients.
* Develop and run tests and learns to inform how to scale account performance in line with objectives.
* Utilise tools, industry reports and first‐party data from a variety of sources to inform strategy and insights (e.g., Shopify, Klaviyo, IbisWorld Reports, Quantcast).
* Monitor performance of accounts, taking responsibility for progress and outcomes.
* Stay up to date with paid advertising and marketing trends, sharing updates with the internal team and educating clients where appropriate.
* Adopt internally‐developed AI tools to enhance efficiency and create robust approaches to paid media strategy planning and execution.
* Effectively manage media spend, avoiding under‐ or overspending.
Internal Leadership
* Continuously improve processes, templates and approaches within the paid media service area.
* Train and coach new team members or those less experienced to help them reach performance goals.
* Act as a key cross‐department communicator, providing feedback to other team members and managers to ensure collective improvement.
* Champion AI within the team, modelling a human‐first, AI‐enhanced mindset and encouraging AI exploration and adoption.
Who We're Looking For
* 2‐3 years of paid media experience (ideally in an agency setting), with deep knowledge across Paid Search.
* Demonstrated experience providing exceptional client/customer service, ideally in a role that requires relationship management.
* A natural "people person" who lives to exceed client expectations.
* Willingness to embrace AI tools as part of everyday work to amplify campaign effectiveness and create efficiencies.
* A collaborative attitude that's able to provide and receive feedback constructively in a team focused on mutual success.
* Able to speak to anyone, anytime, presenting professionally and confidently during meetings or pitches.
* A proactive, take‐charge approach to manage multiple projects and keep on top of work in a fast‐paced, high‐pressure environment.
* A strong sense of accountability and autonomy to be self‐directed, research issues and solve problems.
* An exceptional written and verbal communicator, with close attention to detail and the ability to speak the language of the people in front of them.
* Prior hands‐on experience using digital tools (e.g., Google Analytics), website CMS or eCommerce platforms will be highly favoured but not essential.

The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $85,000 plus Superannuation, based on experience.
