Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Implement Strategic Plans for SuccessFactors Implementation
2. Create Governance Structures to Manage Risks, Budgets, and Dependencies
3. Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and External Vendors to Ensure Smooth Implementation
4. Monitor Progress through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Engage Stakeholders
5. Ensure Compliance with Regulatory and Data Security Requirements
6. Perform Other Ad Hoc Tasks as Required
The Ideal Candidate:
We Are Seeking Experienced Professionals with a Strong Background in SuccessFactors, Process Improvement, and Change Management. Previous Experience in Similar Implementations and Knowledge of Payroll Processes Will Be Highly Regarded.
