We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Resort Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative support to our Resort Managers, across both Highfields and Highfields Heights resorts.

About the Role
This newly created part-time role will initially offer 15 hours per week, with the potential to grow to over the next 12 months.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
* Maintaining and updating homeowner data and records
* Raising, issuing, and tracking purchase orders
* Managing digital filing systems and document organisation
* Ensuring the accuracy and upkeep of registers and resort data
* Providing general administrative support to Angela and Tyson to assist smooth resort operations
About You
You will thrive in this role if you are:
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident working with data, registers and digital systems such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
* A great communicator who enjoys supporting a busy team
* Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
* Experienced in administration, ideally in a similar role
* Skilled in customer service, with a friendly and professional communication style
* A team player who takes ownership and works collaboratively
* A holder of a current driver's licence
