The Hills Private Hospital is seeking for an Administration Officer to join our team on a casual basis in areas of Reception, Admissions, Bookings, Preadmissions and Ward Clerking. You will play a key role working within our team to ensure patients have a positive experience during their care.Shift times will vary, flexibility is preferred.Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):· Answer and redirect phone calls to appropriate departments· Prepare admission paperwork· Conduct insurance eligibility checks for patients· Maintain accurate and effective record management systems· Manage the collection of patient excesses/co payments· Coordinate with staff from other departments· Complete clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, file management to ensure accuracy of patient documentation· Authority to work in Australia· Exceptional customer service· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills· Strong attention to detail· Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment· Experience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)About the Hospital:The Hills Private Hospital is situated at Baulkham Hills, northwest of Sydney.
