Key Responsibilities
* Optimize industrial automation systems and factory layouts
* Analyze production data and recommend process improvements
* Lead integration of sensors, actuators, and control systems including PLC and HMI
* Collaborate with global teams and external suppliers
* Support system testing, commissioning, and ongoing performance monitoring
* Ensure compliance with safety standards
* Travel internationally to support installations and upgrades
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
* Five or more years of hands-on experience in automation or mechatronics
* Strong knowledge of PLC and HMI programming and industrial control systems
* Proficiency in SolidWorks including 2D and 3D modeling, BOMs, and assemblies
* Experience with lean principles and process optimization
* Excellent communication and project coordination skills
* A passion for solving complex problems and working across cultures
* Flexibility and enthusiasm for international travel
