Seeking an experienced Quality and Safety Associate to join a part-time team.
About the Role
This position is responsible for implementing quality and risk management systems, improving quality and safety outcomes, and investigating incidents and complaints.
* Provide leadership and support to clinical department managers to improve quality and safety outcomes.
* Investigate incidents and complaints, coordinate actions to prevent recurrence, and implement innovation and systems improvement.
* Work collaboratively with clinicians to facilitate process improvement strategies that support patient safety.
* Collect and analyze patient safety and clinical outcome data to evidence the effectiveness of the quality and safety system.
Requirements
* Advanced skills using Microsoft Office.
* Demonstrated knowledge of health service delivery with appropriate clinical knowledge and experience.
* Awareness of healthcare accreditation and regulatory requirements.
* Experience in quality improvement initiatives and their practical application.
