We are seeking a skilled Clinical Educator to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.
This role will involve developing content and delivering education to clinical teams across the Top End of the Northern Territory and supporting Central Australia when required.
The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse with experience in education and mentoring, passionate about ensuring care is provided by a skilled workforce.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Developing and delivering education programs for clinical staff
* Mentoring and coaching nurses to improve their skills and knowledge
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve quality patient outcomes
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Bachelor of Nursing and current unrestricted AHPRA registration
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, preferred however, not essential
* Demonstrated experience as a preceptor/mentor/coach with the proven ability to use contemporary education and teaching methods
* Demonstrated high level of interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
