An exciting opportunity for a Storeperson to join our fun, collaborative, and hardworking Defence Maintenance Contract team based at the Bandiana Barracks (Albury/Wodonga).

Reporting to the Site Leader, you will assist with the effective and efficient delivery and control of stores and equipment, with a focus on increasing productivity for the Site's maintenance function.
Responsibilities Include
Unload goods and check them against order formsCatalogue or label items with storage detailsPlace goods in bins and on racks, or stack bulky items on floorsComplete orders by selecting goods from shelves and checking them off the appropriate listsPackage and send out completed orders to customersMove heavy packages using forklift machineryObtain details of the location and quantity of items in stock, using visual display units or computersEnter details of received delivery slips, requisitions and invoices into computers
About You
Demonstrated experience stores accounting or commercial equivalentExceptional customer service experienceMust have a valid Forklift licenseDriver’s License essentialGood communication, problem solving, writing and analysis skillsWell-developed computer skills in Microsoft and Defence systems desirableYou must be an Australian citizen and able to maintain a Defence Security Clearance
