Accounts Coordinator – Finance & HR – Fashion
We’re looking for a detail-driven and proactive Accounts Coordinator to join a Sydney-based fashion brand known for its commitment to design, sustainability, and ethical values.

Location: Sydney – parking available. Salary: $80k–$90k + super (negotiable based on experience). Working arrangements: hybrid, 2 days WFH. Perks: flexible hours, career progression, hybrid working arrangements.
Responsibilities
* Accounts Management: Oversee invoices, payments, and reconciliations (Bank, PayPal, Shopify), ensuring accuracy and identifying cost‑saving opportunities.
* Reporting & Compliance: Assist with month‑end and year‑end reporting, including journal entries, intercompany reconciliations, BAS, FBT, and fixed asset register maintenance.
* Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage AP/AR processes and handle multi‑currency and foreign exchange transactions.
* Financial Process Improvement: Contribute to refining financial systems and workflows to enhance efficiency.
* Payroll Processing: Prepare and process payroll, superannuation, payroll tax, commissions, and manage leave liabilities and related reporting.
* HR Support: Draft contracts, maintain HR records, assist with onboarding, reviews, and monitor staff leave entitlements.
Requirements
* Experience in finance, accounts, or coordination roles.
* Exposure to fashion, retail, or creative industries.
* Proficient in Excel and Xero; experience with Harmony is a plus.
* Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem‑solving approach.
* Strong communication skills and comfortable in small, agile teams.
* Finance-related qualifications desirable; full Australian working rights required.
