Our client is a growing commercial and industrial construction and development company delivering high-quality projects across South East Queensland. With a strong reputation for quality, collaboration and long‐term client relationships, they specialise in delivering projects from concept through to completion.
The Role
They are looking to bring on a Contract Administrator with estimating exposure to support the delivery team across a range of commercial and industrial projects.
This is a well‐rounded role that will see you involved in both project delivery and pre‐construction activities, working closely with senior management and subcontractors throughout the full project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Procurement and subcontractor management
- Preparing scopes of work and letting packages
- Cost tracking, progress claims and variations
- Assisting with tendering and estimating duties
- Reviewing drawings, take‐offs and trade pricing
- Supporting project delivery teams from pre‐construction through to completion
About You
- Experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial or industrial construction
- Exposure to estimating/tendering highly regarded
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment
- Positive attitude and team‐first mentality
