Job Summary:
The Senior Asset Management Advisor plays a pivotal role in supporting the team with the delivery of comprehensive property consultancy services, contributing to our continued growth and success.
This role is responsible for managing and developing business processes, organisational structures, and the delivery of asset management and facilities management services in both public and private sectors.
* Manage and develop business processes, organisational structures, and the delivery of asset management and FM services.
* Work with recognised international standards such as ISO55000 or ISO41000.
* Manage multiple client engagements, ensuring the delivery of project outcomes within time and budget constraints.
* Manage the asset management and FM services procurement process, including development of specifications, KPIs, payment mechanisms, evaluation, and contract negotiation.
* Work with FM or asset management systems to deliver project outcomes.
* Maintain strong written and verbal communication capabilities and analytical skills.

Requirements
* A tertiary qualification in Business, Building, Asset Management, or Facilities Management.
* Minimum of 10 years commercial experience across asset management and FM services procurement processes.
* Accreditation with an industry body such as FMA, IFMA, IAM, IPWEA, RICS, or AIQS.
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Access, and Project).
* High-level verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong analytical abilities.
* Ability to work autonomously or within a team to deliver project outcomes.
* Proven ability to manage deadlines and work across multiple projects simultaneously.
