This is a relationship-driven position where you’ll work directly with dealership owners, senior leaders and industry professionals across Australia. You’ll have full ownership — managing assignments from brief through to successful placement — with the autonomy to run your desk professionally and intelligently. What You’ll Be Doing Managing end-to-end recruitment assignments Partnering with dealership owners and senior managers Sourcing, interviewing and presenting high-quality candidates Coordinating interviews, managing feedback and offer negotiations Building long-term industry relationships Tracking market movement and maintaining strong CRM discipline This is consultative recruitment — not transactional sales.
