Business Leader - Distribution
This role is accountable for driving the distribution business forward, creating and executing strategic business plans through building a high-performance team and culture.
The leader will establish and maintain strong relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partners to deliver future needs for Australia and New Zealand markets, ensuring a voice within the OEM to inform strategy.
This position delivers genuine value to the business as a whole from a commercial and strategic perspective.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and build key relationships with OEM partners for all strategic and operational aspects.
* Develop and align market strategy with OEM objectives to meet OEM performance requirements.
* Share regular market strategy and performance updates.
* Influence OEM partners' strategy and product decisions for the benefit of our markets.
* Ensure delivery against all aspects of distributor agreements.
Requirements
* Significant leadership experience (10+ years) demonstrating substantial contributions to strategy linked to business success.
* A proven track record of achievement in developing collaborative OEM relationships and delivering commercial performance.
* Experience in leading significant change within a large and complex organisation.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related discipline.
* Masters degree in Business Administration.
