We are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef de Partie with at least 4 years relevant experience, who is flexible and reliable to work across various shifts, has a desire to learn and develop continuously, and holds a vehicle license or other modes of accessibility to the property.
As a member of our team, you will gain exposure to working with inspiring industry mentors and contribute to creating memorable guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
* Preparation and delivery of high-quality desserts and cakes
* Designing dishes and training other chefs in pastry techniques
* Maintaining high standards and contributing to innovative dish development
Requirements:
