Permanent Part-Time - 48 - 64 hours per fortnight

Successful candidates will obtain a contract with MDHS, as follows:
* 2025 - 2026: RN Graduate Program.
Graduate Nurse Support Is Provided By
* Clinical support, mentorship and organisational education opportunities;
* Supernumerary and orientation time are provided within the program structure, as is Annual Leave per the EBA
* Paid study days spread throughout the program with additional study days offered
* Regular debriefing;
* Access to a variety of interactive E-Learning programs including targeted online CPD topics to assist your development.

Key Selection Criteria
Registered Nurse
Qualifications / Experience
* Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse with no restrictions.
Technical/Professional Knowledge and Skills
* Sound understanding of the role and responsibilities of a Registered Nurse
* Ability to communicate effectively with patients, visitors and staff at all levels within the organisation
* Ability to practice collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
* Knowledge of and involvement in evidence-based practice and research activities
* Commitment to ongoing education and professional development to ensure working within current scope of practice
* Excellent organisational skills particularly with respect to time management
* Well-developed interpersonal skills
* Excellent communication and computer skills at the level required to fulfil that role
