We're partnering with a fast-growing tech company looking for a hands‐on Growth Marketing Manager to own their D2C growth strategy across paid media, SEO, CRO and channel optimisation.
In this role, you'll:
* Plan, buy and optimise campaigns across search, social, YouTube and display
* Lead CRO experimentation and optimise conversion funnels (including Instant Quote flows)
* Own technical SEO and website performance metrics
* Forecast and report on channel performance, CAC, ROAS and conversion rates
* Manage agency partners, budgets, and performance targets
* Oversee and optimise the brand's Webflow and Shopify stores
* Proven experience managing multi-channel paid campaigns and driving D2C growth
* Strong analytical mindset with hands‐on experience in CRO and attribution
* Familiarity with tools such as GA4, Shopify, Webflow, and modern martech stacks
* A test‐and‐learn approach with the ability to forecast and report confidently
* Previous experience working in a startup/high performing/fast paced environment
