HR Coordinator – Full-Time Location: South Yarra Our client, a dynamic professional services firm, is seeking a proactive HR Coordinator to join their team. Why You’ll Love This Role Join a friendly, team-oriented workplace where collaboration and support are part of the culture Gain exposure to all areas of HR, including recruitment, training, performance management, and workplace culture Work on meaningful projects that directly impact employees’ experiences Flexible work arrangement: 4 days in the office 1 day WFH after probation Receive mentorship and support from a highly experienced HR team What You’ll Be Doing Recruitment: Coordinate full-cycle recruitment, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and support hiring managers in making confident hiring decisions Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage contracts, inductions, system access, and exit processes Performance Management: Assist with review cycles, goal setting, documentation, and maintaining confidential records Training & Development: Schedule and maintain records for internal and external training, supporting learning initiatives Team & Culture: Organise events, celebrate milestones, and enhance workplace engagement Policies & Compliance: Support HR policy updates, audits, reporting, and respond to employee queries professionally WHS Support: Assist with compliance, risk assessments, incident reporting, and training About You Highly organised with strong attention to detail Professional and approachable, with excellent written and verbal communication Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information Collaborative, proactive, and genuinely people-focused Experience & Qualifications Experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Administrator, or similar role Knowledge of HR processes and employment legislation Recruitment, onboarding, and training coordination experience Exposure to WHS is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office Salary & Benefits $80,000 – $90,000 Super for junior to mid-level candidates $100,000 Super for candidates with 5 years’ experience Ideal for EA candidates looking to transition into HR Strong internal support, mentoring, and career growth opportunities If you’re ready to step into a hands-on HR role that offers variety, growth, and the chance to make a real difference, we’d love to hear from you.
