Duties
* Support the shift supervisor with the day to day running of the night shift team
* Provide practical guidance and support to Manufacturing Technicians across your designated area
* Assist with production issues, troubleshooting, and escalation where required
* Lead from the floor in safety, housekeeping, and adherence to site procedures
* Remain hands on where required, while focusing primarily on supporting the broader team
About you
* Previous experience in a Team Leader or Leading Hand role
* Previous experience in Plastics and rubber manufacturing is highly regarded
* Strong hands on manufacturing experience and knowledge
* Sound understanding of quality, safety, and production expectations
* Confident communicator who can lead by example
* Physically capable and comfortable working night shift in an industrial environment
