As a senior joinery professional, you will oversee site coordination, installers and deliveries, labour and logistics. This involves managing reworks and ensuring project closeouts meet our high standards.
 * Create installation schedules across multiple projects.
 * Collaborate with site teams on joinery loadouts and scheduling.
 * Represent the organization at subcontractor site meetings.
 * Coordinate joinery deliveries with the Project Manager.
 * Conduct site measures and setouts for installation readiness.
 * Liaise with service trades to keep works progressing smoothly.
 * Monitor and resolve site defects.
 * Sign off ITPs and ensure installations meet quality benchmarks.
 * Assist with joinery installs as needed.
About You
 * Experience in a supervisory or PM role within commercial joinery is essential.
 * A relevant trade qualification in carpentry or joinery is required.
 * Commitment to quality craftsmanship and doing things right is expected.
 * Focusing on safety, leading by example is a must.
 * A proactive mindset, willing to get involved at every level is necessary.
 * Passion for learning and taking on challenges is desired.
 * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are crucial.
