Responsibilities
* Lead Innovative Teaching and Learning: Develop and facilitate engaging, evidence-based education tailored to campus staff needs, including interprofessional learning, leadership, and communication.
* Collaborate and Engage: Partner with campus leadership and educators to align education initiatives with organisational goals and promote a Learning Health System.
* Evaluate and Improve Educational Outcomes: Collect feedback, assess programme impacts, and implement improvements to enhance learning outcomes.
* Support Research and Knowledge Transfer: Undertake educational research and utilise multimedia applications to deliver education and knowledge transfer.

Your new team – Department of Paediatrics
Department of Paediatrics is the flagship representative of the University's partnership with the Royal Children's Hospital and is co-located with the hospital on Flemington Road, Parkville.
The Department of Paediatrics is a large department within the School of Medicine and is responsible for the Child & Adolescent Health component of the Doctor of Medicine course. There are 90 academic and professional staff, 488 honorary academic staff, and more than 150 students who pursue research degrees. In 2021, the total research income for the Department was over $5.86 million with a further $46 million directed via our research partner Murdoch Children's Research Institute (MCRI). Members published 1126 peer‐reviewed publications in 2022.
