Sales & Stock Associate – Job Description
The Sales & Stock Associate plays a key frontline role in delivering excellent customer service and supporting the daily operations of the store. This position assists customers on the sales floor, maintains store presentation standards, manages stock receipting, and supports back-of-house operations to ensure efficient workflow and a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet customers, assist with product enquiries, and support the sales process.
* Respond to phone and online enquiries, including issuing payment links.
* Maintain store presentation: cleaning, dusting, sweeping, and display organisation.
* Update window signage, outdoor area upkeep, and implement ticketing changes.
* Receive and inspect deliveries; log items accurately in KNAPS.
* Organise back-of-house stock storage and prepare customer collections.
* Assist with warranty follow-up tasks as directed by senior staff.
* Participate in weekly stock counts and assist with inventory integrity.
* Support the Senior Sales Lead and Store Manager in daily operational tasks.
