What You'll Do:
· Support our current Engineers to conduct site inspections and infrastructure assessments.
· Collect site data, including operating HDE's 3D Laser Scanners.
· Learn to design and draft practical engineering solutions using 3D modelling software.
· Learn to develop engineering reports and conduct FEA assessments.
· Work closely with our team to successfully execute and deliver projects
About You
You are a motivated, professional, and dependable individual who will enjoy working in heavy industries such as mining, power stations, and manufacturing plants. You take pride in your attention to detail, have strong time management skills, and possess the drive to follow through on tasks effectively.
· Can-do and adaptable – Willing to take on new challenges and work through them with a practical, solutions-focused mindset
· Keen to learn and grow – Excited by a balance of onsite exposure and time in the office
· Team-focused and approachable – Communicates well, collaborates effectively with engineering and design teams, and enjoys being part of a supportive, experienced team.
What You Need:
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Structural preferred).
· Full-time work rights in Australia.
· Willingness to work at Rockhampton or Emerald, QLD.
· Ability to obtain a standard 11, Coal board Medical and Construction Card (White Card).
· C Class Driver's license.
Hours of Work
· Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
· Friday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM (early finish)
