Sales Associate
This is a 6 Month Fixed-Term full time Position for (38 hours) in a dynamic retail environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Taking customer enquiries in store and over the phone.
* Investigating and helping customers problem solve therapy issues.
* Provide set-up, on-going support and equipment to ensure therapy is maintained to a high standard.
* Fitting customers for masks and recommending the most appropriate mask based on training provided.
* Providing customers with advice in the safe and effective use of their medical equipment.
* Sale of new or additional services over the phone, with follow-up on trials and testing results to ensure sales conversion.
* Maintaining good condition of the retail premises and displays.
* Handling payments, balancing float and banking.
* Accountable for trial and sales stock - managing stock levels and re-ordering as required.
To succeed in this role, you will have the following skills and qualifications:
* Previous experience in a busy retail or customer service role.
* Providing caring and outstanding reception duties to customers.
* Able to maintain compassion and remain calm under pressure.
* A strong customer service focus that is always looking for the best outcome for the individual.
* Strong and adaptable communication skills are a must.
* An active listener with the ability to find solutions to customer concerns and issues.
