My client is a global organisation with a robust presence in Australia. They are looking for a BA Lead/Manager to split their time between nurturing and developing the BA and testing team as well as managing hands on project work.
This would suit someone with a few years management experience, carrying out 121s, performance reviews and setting individual targets etc as well as working on large digital transformations, ERP projects and customer facing programs.
They are looking for a critical thinker who can challenge the stakeholders and offer alternative ways of working.
Minimum of 8 years in the IT industry with 5 years working in a hands-on business analysis role
Experienced in business process re-engineering, business analysis, software development and project management methodologies
Ability to operate at conceptual level with proficiency converting business challenges into solutions
Excellent communication, consultation, conflict resolution, change management skills
