We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team with day-to-day operations.
* Handle incoming calls, direct enquiries to relevant team members, and provide a friendly point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff.
* Maintain and update client database and contact records.
* Perform general administrative duties including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
* Support the wider team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.
* Proven experience as an Administration Assistant or similar role.
* A professional demeanor with a strong focus on customer service.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and office equipment.
* Local to the area and available to work in our office.
