What you'll be doing
- Preparing and processing sales contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinating with clients, solicitors, developers, and agents to keep timelines on track.
- Managing settlements and key milestones, ensuring a smooth and seamless client experience.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting to support the sales team.
- Assisting with ad-hoc administration to keep the office organised and efficient.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in contract administration, sales coordination, or a similar role within property, development, or real estate.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
